SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ABSTRACTS

Please email your submissions, formatted as per instructions below, at ap_conference@arh.bg.ac.rs


1. Please note that abstracts should be in English and should not be longer than 400 words.

2. The acceptance decision will not take longer than twenty-five days from submission.

3. Please note that the authors will receive instructions for extended abstracts formatting with the Notice of acceptance. All papers presented at the conference will be published in the Book of Abstracts. A selection of papers will be developed as an international anthology and published with a major anglophone academic publisher, with the aim of maximizing global visibility for the research developed for, and presented at, the conference. The works presented in the exhibition will be included in the exhibition catalogue. The authors reserve the right to decide not to publish in the international anthology.

ARTWORK


1. Please note that the application should be written in English and should not be longer than 400 words. Kindly submit produced works only (there is no possibility to produce new works). The application should include:

a. A brief description of the work of art and its context;

b. Description of the installation of the work of art, with a specification of technical and spatial requirements and a special indication of which of these elements is provided by the event organizer;

c. 3 illustrations of the work of art (drawing, photography, video style, video link);

2. The acceptance decision will not take longer than twenty-five days from submission.

3. Accepted works will be included in the Exhibition catalog. The authors will receive instructions for formatting the final version of the text on the selected work with the Acceptance notice.

4. Please note that the organiser is not able to provide royalties.

ACCOMPANYING LIVE CONTENT


1. Please note that the application should be written in English and should not be longer than 400 words. The application should include:

a. Brief description of the proposed content with an explanation of the background, goals and outcomes;

b. Information on the duration of the programme, technical conditions and space requirements;

2. The acceptance decision will not take longer than twenty-five days from submission
